Programming could be simpler as well as the removing the compartment to replace the oil. Once you do finally figure out how to program it the scent is fabulous!

So far I love it. It really diffuses well over several mid-sized rooms. I love the phone app!!! All that is left is to see how long the fragrance lasts on the setting that I like!

I love that I can work the Big Sur from my phone app. I don’t like that the machine is so difficult to open. Also, the scent bottle is difficult to open. I actually spilled half the bottle all over my favorite jeans. It took three washings (the last time with Dawn detergent) to get it out.
